Lots of fruit flavors (blackberry, orange, lemon, and key lime) plus Andes Mint (because you have to have at least one type of chocolate!) made up this Teacher Appreciation Week spring display for Eaton High School teachers.
Inside these stacks of boxes are cupcakes, cupcakes, and more cupcakes for the homeless who have lunch at Compassion Park. I can tell from Ellen's jersey that we came right after an HSA volleyball game...she might be a second grader and that would mean Laura was a 5th grader. We've been taking the girls to help serve at Compassion Park for many years. We are currently going monthly and serving sack lunches. Feel free to ask me how you can help!
I made an empty box to donate to a silent auction for a friend's fundraiser. I loved the way the cupcake collage turned out. I added Kindness Cupcake ordering info on the inside.
A Little Night Music was a fundraiser for our Eaton High School Orchestra Booster Club. We sold tickets for $5 each, which included a cupcake and a spectacular performance of solos and ensembles by EHS Orchestra students. It was a fun night! (By the way, the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes were frosted with a combo of peanut butter and chocolate frosting ONLY because I had extra chocolate frosting from the Triple Chocolate cupcakes...delicious!)
A fall themed display of cupcakes for the teachers at Wilson Middle School. Cupcake flavors include Chocolate Fudge, Pumpkin, Apple Pie, Peanut Butter, Salted Caramel.
York mint cupcakes are dark chocolate peppermint flavored cake with peppermint buttercream frosting, dark chocolate drizzle and topped with a mini York mint.
White chocolate peppermint cupcakes are white cake with white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint M&Ms baked right into the cake. The frosting is peppermint buttercream and a white chocolate peppermint red M&M is used for garnish. (Only available during the holidays when white chocolate peppermint M&Ms are in stock.)
Here are all the combinations of two basic cupcakes! Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, chocolate cake with vanilla frosting, vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, vanilla cake with vanilla frosting...your choice!
These are the "plain Jane" of cupcakes and there's nothing wrong with that! Classic vanilla cake with classic vanilla buttercream frosting. These cupcakes work great for kid parties (kids can be picky, even with cupcakes!) or for events where a particular color scheme is necessary because sprinkles of any color can be used.
I need a better picture of triple chocolate cupcakes, although you can probably figure out which ones they are! Triple chocolate cupcakes are chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache and chocolate cream cheese frosting. (Chocolate buttercream frosting can also be used.)
Strawberry vanilla cupcakes are a classic vanilla cake with a strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. If strawberries are in season, these cupcakes can be topped with with a fresh berry, otherwise red sprinkles look great.
Strawberry lemonade cupcakes are strawberry cake with a tart lemon filling and a sweet lemon buttercream frosting. These are my most requested spring flavor.
Salted caramel cupcakes are a dense brown sugar cupcake topped with a chocolate ganache and a caramel cream cheese frosting. Mini caramels are used for garnish and sea salt is dusted over the top. This cupcake is the perfect blend of sweet and salty!
S'mores cupcakes are chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs. S'mores cupcakes are topped with a toasted marshmallow butter frosting and garnished with a mini toasted marshmallow and piece of a Hershey's chocolate bar. These might be the next best thing to the real S'mores roasted over a campfire!
Raspberry hot chocolate cupcakes are chocolate cocoa cupcakes with a raspberry marshmallow filling and raspberry buttercream frosting and topped with mini marshmallows.
Pumpkin cupcakes are fabulous. These are my most requested fall flavor. Pumpkin cupcakes are pumpkin cake with a pumpkin spice filling topped with a vanilla cream cheese frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
Peanut butter cupcakes are peanut butter cake with peanut butter buttercream frosting. The top photo shows garnish of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, while the bottom picture shows sprinkles of chocolate jimmies.
Oreo cupcakes are white cake with crushed Oreos baked right in! Frosting is a marshmallow cream cheese frosting with Oreo crumbs and topped with a mini Oreo.
Orange cupcakes are orange cake which can be done one of two ways. The top photo shows the orange cupcakes dipped in a white chocolate ganache and topped with a scoop of orange cream cheese frosting. The bottom photo is orange cake with orange buttercream frosting.
Lemon cheesecake cupcakes are lemon cake with a cheesecake filling and a special whipped cream frosting. (These must be kept refrigerated until the very last minute because the frosting is very fragile.)
